I wanted to make some pumpkin spice cake balls for tomorrow and I don't know WHAT I was thinking, but I got regular coffeemate instead of liquid. I paid $5 for this stuff, and now I hate to not use it.

Would it work to maybe mix the flavored creamer with some milk, and use that mixture as the binder in the cake balls?

Any help or ideas is greatly apprecaited! Thanks!

I think it will work just fine. Experimentation is always useful.

Go for it. Just add a little milk at a time and you should be fine.
