I am sure that this has been discussed is that massive cupcake thread...but honestly I don't have days to try and find it I was looking for suggestions on how you get all of your cupcakes all even and the same size? I have been using a cookie scoop, and get pretty good results. Just didn't know if anyone had any good "tricks"? Thanks!
Depending on if i was a big rounded top or a flat topped cupcake I either a 1/3 or 1/4 cup measuring cup.
