How long do you keep your NFSC around for, after you bake em?

I need to bake them 7/8 days ahead of when I need them... would this be okay?

How should I store them until I ice? after I ice?

I freeze mine after they have cooled.Take them out when you want to decorate them. After I ice them I let them dry for a day or two and then bag them in cellophane bags. They have lasted more than a week once they are bagged.
