I had a customer ask today about doing sugar free cakes for her wedding cake. She asked if it was possible and what the price difference would be. So my questions are:
does anyone have any good sugar free recipes to share with me?
would i charge extra and how much extra for doing these cakes?

I always suggest that they just do the top tier for themselves and wha few guests there are that need sugar free. Then (shhhhh) it's the one tme I use doctored mix. Add lemon, lime or orange zest or drained crushed pineapple to white cake mix. Or vanilla powder if they want plain.
