I wonder if someone can help me out? I have been having trouble with the Wilton recipe for RI. It's thick and I can't seem to thin it enough for "fill in's" on my cookies.
I haven't tried any other recipes for frosting but I've looked around today and think I'm going to try one of the others I see on the cookie forum.
Thanks much

Have you looked at Antonia74's tutorial on this site? She covers everything you need to know about RI.
