Ok, so there's a local tanning salon opening and I have to make her a tanning bed cake........any ideas?

I'll bet if you searched the galleries, perhaps you could get an idea off a bed-cake that was already made. What if you made a bed, and then curved the top, propping it up with dowels wrapped in fondant to look like the "arms" of the bed? Well, it might look like a coffin! ha ha But then you could put a minuture figure in it in a swim suit and those little green tanning glasses. (those little green glasses really are a 'dead' giveaway -- okay, sorry pun intended!)

I'm not sure how to do the lights. Probably just ice in white and then sparkles? Or you could try making the "windshield" type lights, making the glass part of the bed to look like the car's windshields I've seen here on CC.
