Has anyone ever tried cream cheese as a binder in making cake balls? I have butter cake with buttercream frosting and I was thinking of trying it. Thanks...Linda
I have never tried it. But... I do think you could use anything with a consistancy of icing. Maybe just whip the cream cheese in the mixer before you use it.
Sounds good to me. Remember you don't need much at all so I don't think you will get that much taste. I would just soften it a bit rather than whip it.
