I have never heard of this. Can someone explain.
It works like MMF or fondant, I've never used either of those. I do,however, love to use RBC (rolled buttercream), it's a nice smooth surface, easy to use, and tastes great (Like cake icing on a cookie), and you can detail with RI (royal icing) or TG (Toba's Glace). Most will say in their photo description when using it, and you can see how it looks. Here's a link to the recipe. You can leave out the flavoring oils if you need to, and you can flavor with whatever extract you wish.
Wow thank you very much. So you can roll it out and cut it to cover your cookie. Wow i am gonna have to try that. I am not that fond of royal icing.
Can you get the lemon and orange oil at your local market?I have never heard of these before.
