Last Thursday I made the full batch (2 box mixes) of wasc. I made two 6" rounds and they are covered on my counter. The rest of the mix is in the fridge. I've been sick off & on for a month and wasn't feeling well to do anything beyond this. Here it is Sunday night, is any of this still good or not? Cakes or the batter? I feel awful I wasn't up to using it when I made it.

Fill a muffin cup full of the batter and see if it rises correctly. It should be fine because it's made with a mix and mixes are pretty resilient.

Thank you. What about the ones already baked? What's the "life" span on them usually?

When you say 'last Thurs' do you mean Nov 13? If so yes, they are still very good to use.
