Help...I need to make a 1st birthday cake with three layers and the customer requested whipped cream inbetween each layer. I have used this before...Can I get some suggestions on the best methods and how long it will keep? Thanks!

I would siffen it up a bit though if your going to fill with it. Keep it fridged & I would think it would hold up for 3 to 4 days.
