I have to make a LARGE cake next weekend, and I am fairly new to this cake thing. My only problem is that my friend doesn't like cake. She is a cheesecake addict.
Can I make a REALLY large cheesecake? Or will it just not work? I need to feed 50+ people. How would be the best way to go about this?
I also need it for Saturday, but only have time on Thursday, will it stay fresh for those 2 days?

Thanks!!

Yes, making the cheesecake on Thursday will be good on Saturday.

A 10" round feeds 10-12. Perhaps you could make 5-6 cheesecakes and do an arrangement with varying heights to display the cheesecakes on.

In addition, you could vary your flavors since you'd be making 5-6 different cheesecakes.

Or you could buy a cheesecake pan from Fat Daddios so you have the large one and they have different sizes and shapes. So you could buy a couple different ones and stack them also. That might be kinda fun.
