It needs to be something I can make in a springform. I am thinking creme brulee but can I make this in a large pan?
Any thoughts. I am trying to use what I have at the house.
You can make creme brulee in a large dish, but NOT a springform, as creme brulee cannot be unmolded prior to serving... it won't hold its shape like creme caramel/flan.
How about a dessert quiche? I found this recipe for one.
