I had someone request a whipped cream filling. The rest of the cake will be covered in buttercream with fondant accents. Will the cake still need to be refrigerated with the whipped cream filling?

I figured you would say that icon_sad.gif The fondant will only be accents on the top of the cake. Will they be okay once refrigerated? If I instruct them not to touch the fondant until the condensation is gone it should be alright.

I don't know anything about fondant as I HATE to say this if I do use it I use it in very small portions as I buy it! Hopefully someone else can help you on that.
