Okay, I am crazy busy this week!! I have (7) 8" baby blocks, a turtle cake, castle cake, zoo cake, 1st birthday cake, and 6 cakes for a bridal open house cake testing.... I have made this amount before, but got an early start and am ready for decorating.... I wanted to get the baby blocks out of the way first. They are a pick up for saturday. If I decorated them today would they be fresh on Saturday? (no milk or egg products in buttercream and just chocolate and french vanella cakes). They will be covered in MM fondant. I would perfer not to freeze them... I have my fridge set at 36 degrees so it's really cold. Just thought I would ask those who decorate in advance!!! Thanks so much!
