Is it the same as RI? I only have to write names on the cookies, so I don't want to make a whole batch of RI, so I was wondering if I could use this instead.

Yes but it has that chemical taste to it! Make a batch of RI but cut it half instead of a ful batch. Or if you want to make a full batch freeze it!

Ok. Thank you. I didn't know you could freeze it. Do you just put it in a ziplock bag and freeze it?

Yes, I did. But just an FYI it won't freeze rock hard like you think!
