Does anyone have a really good and moist yellow or chocolate sugar free cake recipe?

A customer is requesting one and I've only made a sugar free kaluha fudge cake recipe.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!! icon_biggrin.gif

Will they let you use a sugar substitute like Splenda?

Ask, make sure its ok that you use a sugar substitute like splenda, and then I just substitute splenda for sugar in a recipe.

Use the same amounts.

If you use Splenda make SURE its Splenda for Baking! The other Splenda will not give your cakes rise or browning like regular sugar.IF your customer is diabetic, make sure they understand that the white flour in cake is where most of the carbohydrates come from, and even with a substitute they must limit portions.
