I am doing a the "chocolate dipped strawberry" I found on here and I was wondering if I melted down Hershey kisses and poured it on the cake instead of the ganache would that work too? Or should I stick with the ganache?
If I did need to use the Ganache.....does anyone have a recipe for it?
Ganache = equal parts chocolate and cream
I'd think you'd at least need to thin out the hershey's kisses with some milk or cream, but frankly I haven't tried it. I tend to just eat those . . .
