I want to make a cake for teacher luncheon tomorrow. I wanted to make it a chocolate basket weave style. I ust dont know of any chocolate icing receipes. Can anyone help me?

What do you normally use for b'cream? Just leave out 1 cup powdered sugar and add 1 cup of UNsweetened cocoa powder.
Some people melt choco (or use the pre melted little packets you can buy) instead OR in addition.
