I made MMF last night & placed in fridge. I took out today & it was hard so i placed in microwave for about 10 sec. Too long?? Now its too soft & sticky. What should I add? Im trying to use letter cut outs but the mmf is getting stuck in the cutout.

I never out in frig, that's what happends. Next time wrap in plastic and put in airtight comtainer and stays just right. Now you have to add sugar until you can get it right back to soft and smooth.

yes and when you micro, only do it for a few secs at a time and knead after each burst... Even at room temp MMF needs a little help getting soft sometimes... If sticky add more powder sugar!
