Hi guys....I just came back from the Javits Center where the Societe Culinaire Philanthropique held their annual culinary show. I entered a wedding cake and got a first place ribbon and a gold medal...

Congratulations! That cake is so beautiful. I really like the brick pattern. That must have taken a while.

I took some time to look back at some of your other cakes too. WOW! A lot of them went into my favorites. It was fun to see the progression of your work and how it improved over the years. I can only hope mine progresses like that! You are truly an artist!

thank you...it is fun to see how your style changes....you kinda fall into a niche after a while. I look back at some of my first pieces and say to myself..."what the heck was I thinking????!!!"
