I see a lot of references to "bettercreme" which I am assuming is an alternative to "buttercream". I have searched the recipes but cannot find it. Would someone mind sharing that with me? A lot of people do not seem to care for the sweetness of buttercream. Thanks so much!

Bettercreme is a non-dairy whipped topping, made by Rich's.

if you don't like the sweetness , you may try adding salt to your icing mix. This will cut some of that bite.
