I think it is adorable! What size pans did you use and how tall is the base cake (the part under elmo)?

That is a cute 3D version of Elmo. You are so creative!

I've made a cupcake version of Elmo for a friend's 2 year old son. She was thrilled. She said it was better than the one she got at Publix last year. What do you think about my cupcake cake? I'm a teacher so I had to squeeze this in between taking care of my family and grading papers. Thank you for your comments.

For the pan size I used a 6" pan. There are three layers and at first I thought it would look too tall.... however I was pleased with the overall outcome. Of course my friend was not sure how to cut it so I told her to cut it in half and than into chunks. Everyone loved it.... especially the birthday girl who turned 2!

Thanks for all the great supportive comments!
