People have recently told me that my cupcakes are small... I measured my liners and they are 4.5 in in diameter and I load up the frosting, but in a world where you always want more, icon_confused.gif I guess this is considered small.

I know that at a lot of gourmet cupcakerys the cupcakes are larger, any idea what size they are?

What size do you make?

Are those nut cups bigger than the regular ole' cupcake??

I use standard size baking cups. I use about 1/4 cup of batter in each cup. They bake nice but don't have a huge dome.

I also fill my cupcakes them ice them.

As for the nut cups...i'm not sure, I have seen small ones everywhere, but i'm sure you can get larger ones.

Hope that helps.
