I have a wedding order coming up and they want to feed 150. I am thinking
6
8
10
12
14
(these will all be round)
does this seem like too much? They will eat the 6 inch on the day of the wedding and I will send them home with one for the freezer.

The above size is what I quoted them a price for but I don't want there to be too much cake or too little.

Looks to me like there are 198 servings in the 14-12-10-8-6. (Added quickly in my head, so I could be off.)

I am doing a cake for 150 too. I'm doing 6,8,10,12 (136 servings) and an extra 8 inch round for the back.
