I am hoping people will post what their cake order forms, sheets, etc looks like. Im trying to get organized, and would like to have one full sheet of paper per person's order, but having a problem with how I want to do that. ALL suggestions, examples, etc are welcome. Thanks in advance!!

cakedecr8r, I just did a search for Wedding Cake Contracts and Cake Order Forms. I saved them and now I just have to get around to creating my own. This is an example of one I found:
