Does any one know how long it is good for and how to store it?

I wrap mine in wax paper and seal it in a plastic bag. I've been able to keep some for 2 or 3 months, but I usually try to make only the amount I need.

I kept some that I used back in Sept. and while it would have been alright to work with it actually tasted stale. I also keep mine in plastic sealable bags and usually use them within a few weeks.
