I would like to chill my SMBC cake before layering the fondant, would there be any prob keeping it in the frig for 4-5 hours? If so should I cover it? Thanks icon_biggrin.gif

Kind of new to this myself but I leave mine uncovered sometimes even overnight! If you cover with plastic wrap you have to wait until it crusts over and make sure to take it off while still cold or it will mark.
