I'm making a cake for net weekend.
There will be a large gumpaste wave on top of the cake with a surfer
inside the "curl".

The lady ordering would like whip cream frosting.

Questions:

1. Will the whip cream frosting breakdown the gumpaste structure if the cake is place in the fridge?

2. Should I place clear contact paper under the gumpaste structure or
use Pastry Pride and keep the cake at room temperature?

Thanks for any assistance.

Yep, gp & either whipped cream or Pastry Pride don't mix at all even if not frig'dicon_sad.gif
