Hi all, I made MMF for the first time today. I did one batch of regular and another of the chocolate. The regular came out great - good consistency and handled really well. I just went to knead the chocolate though and it seems a bit "cracky." Big cracks are opening up in it just kneading it, I can't imagine what will happen if I try to roll it out. Any ideas on why this is happening and how to remedy it?

Well, I can answer my own question, actually. I just put some cornstarch on my hands and kept kneading for a while -- it ended up rolling out perfectly fine. Yay!!
