i want to make a 4 tiered cake where there is a 2 looped fondant bow on each. I'm wondering if i attach the bows using only water, or RI, will that be enough? Will the weight of the bows be too heavy and drop off, or should they be secured with a dowel going through the cake? If it's fondant on fondant I always use water but you could pm Strazle and ask how they did it.
