Thanks Doug but I was just looking for the ones laying on their sides on the board, or on top of another cake. is there anyone out there who has made this that can give me a hand?

that's even easier...

just take round tiers, split in half, stand on edge with icing as glue between and then run a skewer horizontally for good measure.

by adjusting size of rounds can get different size bottles.

if sizing is just right, half a wonder mold or mini-wonder mold can be the curved shoulder of the bottle and the neck from scraps

shoulder and neck can also be shaped from RKT

might take a while just uploaded this bottle but its easy to do just stack the same way as a wedding cake use the boards between each tier and carve the top of the bottle but use smaller size cakes and blend in where the sizes dont meet then carve the neck.
