Ok I am making Turkey cup cakes for a preschool class.

I would like to put them in cellophane bags to take home. What is a good chocolate crusting icing to use so it doesn't all stick to the bag during transportation?

This is my first time making cupcakes in bags and I don't want it to be a catastrophe! Ideas please!

You could use Wilton's basic buttercream recipe and add cocoa powder. It does crust nicely...good luck gobble gobble icon_biggrin.gif

I make my regular all crisco bc and add chocolate ganache, it makes a good chocolate butter cream and it crusts well also.
