Hi, my 2 boys were recently diagnosed with egg allergies. So now I can't make my standard royal icing/alice recipe for decorating cookies. Is there another receipe that would make do the smooth flowing, dry firm and flat icing that royal icing does, but doesn't contain eggs.
Toba Garrett's Glace is fantastic, no egg product. Calls for milk, but I think some people use water instead.
