Does any one have a tried and true CRUSTING cream cheese icing using hi ratio shortening ( not sure if hi ratio will make a difference or not)?

Thanks
Michelle

I made one last night from the WBH book that crusts but it doesn't have shortening in it?

Beat on med-high speed until creamy:

1 stick unsalted butter
9oz cream cheese

Add remaining ingredients below on low speed until smooth. continue to beat at medium until fluffy

6 cups confectioners sugar
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

Yeild: 2Cups, enough to frost and fill a 9" cake
