If anyone can give me some info or help here i would so appreciate it. We have always used a standard american sweet bc. Its great for decorating and it holds up pretty well in extreme heat......but its not nearly so good as a smbc. not eveyone wants a fondant cake which would be fine to use with smbc......anyone have any great tasting bc that can withstand high heat and humidity and has a great taste....i prefer not using shortening...thats what we would like to get away from...
