These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things...

This year I've purchased a lot of cake toys and there are a few of them which really stand out as being extra special (in my humble opinion.) I'd like to share them with y'all. In no particular order, I really enjoyed
Sugarshackâs Perfecting the Art of Buttercream DVD: http://www.globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=20410
Jennifer Dontzâs DVD âFondant Frillsâ http://www.globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=21879
Lindy Smithâs new cookie book âBake Me Iâm Yours Cookieâ http://www.globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=22182
Michelle Fosterâs âBloomin Gardenâ DVD for gumpaste flowers http://www.lickthespoonproductions.com/
These DVDs (and book) really rocked my world and even though these cake artists have other items available, these are the ones that really stood out as exceptional. I hope you all get to buy them (or have Santa bring them) and you enjoy them as much as I have.
Thanks for sharing! I agree with the Sugarshack DVD, but that's the only one I own out of the things you listed. Now I know what to tell Santa I want for Christmas!
This is a good thread. Through this we can find out about good stuff out there! I just got my beater blades and will try to use them sometime this week. If they do what they say they do, then that will be one of my favorite things for this year. Second only to my agbay deluxe!

The Agbay deluxe??? Oh man, too bad I wasn't THAT good this year... Who knows, maybe next year?!
Bobwonderbuns... actually, its not that I was that good, more like my husband was that bad We got in an argument and the agbay deluxe was his anniversary/peace offering gift

Ahhhhh, I get it! I'm forming a plan...
I was blessed by some wonderful and amazing people to be given some of my very favorite things. God Bless them for being so thoughtful and giving of theirselfs.

1. Sharon's (Sugarshack) Buttercream DVD....that dvd is amazing and just knock my socks off!, with all it's great info and tips.
2. Sharon's Stacking DVD....with that dvd, I just sat there talking back to her saying things like..."WOW! that idea is so cool", or "WOW! thats how you do it", Gosh your kitchen is beautiful .
3. A sugar craft gun, seeing them costing $50 plus dollars on some sites, my family got it for $38.50 from Beryls for my birthday. It has went up a dollar since I got mine. http://www.beryls.com/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&search_in_description=1&zenid=o9c1s33i33o29uv81qs5js5ju7&keyword=sugarcraft+gun
4.The Cutter Bee retractable knife with replacemnet blades. I like this because you never have to touch the blades to replace a new one and the fact that is retractable (like using a ink pen). I got mine at Wal-Mart, I couldn't it find on their web site, but here is what it looks like. http://store.scrapbook.com/ek-ekckr01.html
5. My Reynolds Handi-Vac Vacuum Sealer. Not only is it great for food, but also great for storing my fondant and gumpaste and freezing home made cookies. You can really do a lot with this tool. http://www.reynoldspkg.com/reynoldskitchens/handi_vac/en/home.asp
Thanks BWB for the thread, it's nice to learn of these and other cake toys. Would like to have or try some of the other favorite things you and other posters spoke of. Sorry so long
Happy Holidays & God Bless,
Sharon
