I have a couple of homemade bread recipes that my family loves. I would like to use that recipe and make rolls that I can freeze for dinner.
Does that work? Can I just take a recipe for a loaf of bread and make rolls instead?
I know it seems like a stupid question but I haven't been making bread that long. TIA!
Gee, I don't see why that wouldn't work. Never done it myself. Let us know if you try and it works.
You can do it......but (depending on your recipe) the texture will be more like bread instead of a soft light roll.
Thanks all!
It is fine if the texture is bread-y (is that a word )
I have growing children, who like bread and this is a good way to help fill their tummies at dinner time.
I will get to it tomorrow hopefully
All of the rolls I've ever made have just been from bread recipes.
