I'm new to the business, and don't have any idea on cake flavors, people ask me what flavors I make. Which are the main ones, the favorites?? I need help please, I can bake them, probably find a good recipes but I don't know what's good to offer when people ask. ( I know, you're wondering why I started a business and know so little about cake flavors hehehe I LOVE decorating!) Thanks!!!

I guess 90% of the cakes i make have chocolate in it! Next most requested is yellow or white! My favorite...carrot! But not my clients favorite...so guess what I bring to family stuff...when I 'bring the cake'...hehehehe yea...carrot!

I do make a lot of sheet cakes that are 1/2x1/2...usually have chocolate...and whatever! When in doubt...order chocolate!
