icon_cry.gif OK everyone tell me you just all secretly buy them ! I just cant get the swoop/ rotate movement to come out rose-like. It looks like a mountian of BC. I can make fondant ones, but its not as tasty and takes forever. Who has the magic secret?? Thanks !

Is your icing too thin? It needs to be on the stiff side. What recipe are you using?
Can you post a pic for us. That would help us help youl.
Are you left handed? Did you learn the Wilton rose? Have you had lessons at all? icon_smile.gif

Are you using a petal tip and are you using it with the wide end at that bottom and the narrow end at the top?

If you can post a picture, it would be helpful to find out what is going wrong.

Enjoy your day! icon_biggrin.gif
