Tracy, I added glycerin to my last batch of piping icing and it seemed to make a difference. It came out quite a bit smoother, so I want to thank you for checking with your "cake lady". Does anyone out there have problems with their tips where they look discolored inside? I'm not sure if I should throw those tips away. I've used pins to unclog some, and probably scratched them.
