Im thinking about making a chocolate cake, and then pipe meringue on it instead of buttercream, (and ofcouse cook the meringue) think it would work?
I think that the cake might dry out when i cook the meringue
(im using 3 eggs whites and 2/3 cups sugar for swiss meringues)
Yes, you can do that, but instead of baking it, I think I'd torch it. If you do bake it, you need a really hot oven for just a couple of minutes.
