I was wondering if in the WBH butter cake recipe I can use whole eggs instead of just yolks? If so how many in place of the 6 yolks? I jus don't use whites that much and don't want to waste them.
If you use the ratio of 1 egg = 2 yolks you should be ok. I've done this before when I didn't have any white cakes to make and didn't want the whites sitting around waiting for a use.
