I'm hoping to be able to paint a background picture onto white chocolate ganache next week. Do you think this is possible? What sort of colouring would you paint with?? Thanks!!

I've only painted on gumpaste or fondant. I think you probably COULD do it if you used gel colors that aren't watered down. I'd try a practice plaque first. The thing about chocolate is that it has a kind of oily consistency and the colors might bubble up on you. Just need to try it.

When I paint I use gel colors and thin them as needed with water. Don't know that you could do the thinning with the chocolate plaque though. Again, have never done it.

GOOD LUCK!
