I need a good recipe for melted chocolate.....sounds funny! I am wanting to make the "dipped oreo's" but I am not sure what you would dip them in so they cool nicely and look good. Do you melt any chocolate down and then dip or is there a recipe for this? Help!

I'm definitely no expert with chocolate (my chocolate on my caramel covered apples "bloomed" darn it) but. . . I usually use the candy melts, melted in the microwave at 1/2 power, stirred many times throughout until smooth.

Anything covered in chocolate is good!!!

I use Merckens. Just melt and you're ready to go.

We use a combination of Merckens and Peters. You can get them at a candy supply store or if you buy wholesale, contact CK Products.
