Okay, Banba, if you're out there, you mentioned something about this. Does anybody know, I made sugar cookie dough sunday, and left it in refrigerator....didn't get back to it sunday night, Is it too late now? How long can it stay refrigerated?

You are talking NFSC? Or something close?
I sometimes have to make up three batches, store it in fridge in air tight tub for 12 to 24 hours. I try to roll it and freeze it before the 24 hour thing though.
Maybe I shouldn't have said that... hahaha
