It comes in a tub can I still melt this down somehow or add cream to make it thinner so I can pour over a cake? AHHHHH WHAT SHOULD I DOOOOOOOO. PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEE!

I wish I could help, but I have always made my own ganache. Hopefully you will get an answer soon. icon_smile.gif

try melting it and pour it onto smoething. It meed to be thin enough to flow but not too thin like water. if it is too think add a bit of shortening to it to thin it.

Does the label on the tub say "Chocolate base"? If so, not ganache. Does the tub have a label at all? Or a list of ingredients?

It claims it is ganache. I have white and chocolate. It does say to just melt it and pour but I was wondering if I needed to add cream to make it right??? ahhhhh I don't know why I cought this weird stuff but it cost a bunch and I have to use it.
