I've seen several pictures that apparently use a styrofoam wedge to make the cake look crooked. Is there a place to by those ready made, or do I have to cut it myself? Like this one: http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=161573

TIA

F icon_biggrin.gif rom what I understand you need to cut the wedges yourself. collette peters has very good instructions in her book "Cakes to Dream on".
Hope this helps.

You can purchase these http://www.globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=21407

But I think you are better off cuting yourself so you get the exact angle you want.
