Just pulled some cookies from the freezer and usually I use RI but I don't have much time today so I want to use some mmf that I already have made.

What do I use to attach it to the cookie? I was thinking maybe RI but I am not sure is there anything else I could use instead? TIA

I use thinned karo syrup, about 3 parts water to 1 part karo. Brush it on the cookie with a good size artists brush, I use a half inch one. Then just lay your cut MMF on the cookie and smooth it down with your finger or hand. Works great, have never had one come off. HTH

Here lately I have just been laying the MMF on the cookie and then putting it back in the oven for just a second. It takes no time at all to melt the marshmellow and it does not change the cookie one bit.
