Does anyone know of a good cake supply store not far off of I95? I am driving from Florida to Delaware on I95 next Saturday and thought I could make a shopping pit-stop. Any suggestions?

I think another CC'er from VA told me that there is a cake supply store not too far off an exit on I-95 near Fredericksburg, VA. Any of you VA ladies help me out with a name and what exit???
