Problems With Cupcake Mold

Bought a really cute cupcake lollipop mold yesterday at Michael's. Love it. However, at the moment it's mold 2 me 0. I'm doing the top in dark brown with a yellow bottom. Thanks to all the lovely hints on here I'm not having any problem getting the melted melts in the mold. BUT when I try to remove the cupcake, it breaks. Right at the frosting & cupcake edge.

HELP!! What am I doing wrong?
